OFFICIAL RULES FOR RAMPAGE'S SLOTS SWEEPSTAKES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. These Official Rules govern the RAMPAGE'S SLOTS Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), an ongoing instant-win promotion visible and conducted on the Rampage Jackson channel at https://kick.com/rampagejackson (the "Channel"). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. 1. SPONSOR The Sweepstakes is sponsored by HYPESTREAM LLC (the "Sponsor"), with a mailing address at P.O. Box 39418, Murrieta, CA 92562. 2. ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in all other jurisdictions and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, Kick.com (or its parent, affiliates, or subsidiaries), Kirgo.com, and their respective advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. 3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes is ongoing and consists of separate monthly entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"). Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the last day of that same calendar month. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received outside of an active Entry Period will not be eligible. 4. HOW TO ENTER Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person in a single Entry Period will be disqualified. Automated, scripted, or third-party entries are prohibited and will be void. There are two (2) methods of entry: a. Subscription Entry Method: During an Entry Period, visit the Channel at https://kick.com/rampagejackson and subscribe to the Channel (subscription may require a fee, but such fee is not required to enter or win—see Mail-In Entry Method below). Upon successful subscription, you will automatically receive one (1) opportunity to spin the automated wheels displayed on the Channel (the "Wheel Spin"). If all three icons on the wheels match, you will instantly win the specific prize associated with those matching icons (subject to verification). The Wheel Spin is random and uses a predetermined algorithm to determine outcomes. b. Mail-In Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without subscribing or making any purchase, hand-print your full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number (including area code), date of birth (to confirm eligibility), and email address on a plain 3" x 5" card or piece of paper. Mail your completed entry in a hand-addressed, stamped #10 business envelope to: RAMPAGE'S SLOTS Sweeps, P.O. Box 39418, Murrieta, CA 92562. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately; no multiple entries per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the applicable Entry Period and received by the Sponsor no later than seven (7) days after the end of that Entry Period to be eligible. Incomplete, illegible, altered, damaged, mechanically reproduced, or mass-produced entries are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.For each valid and timely mail-in entry received, the Sponsor (or its designee) will simulate one (1) Wheel Spin on the entrant's behalf using a random number generator or similar method that replicates the same probabilities and outcomes as the online Wheel Spin on the Channel. If the simulated spin results in three matching icons, the entrant will win the corresponding prize (subject to verification). 5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV") The following prizes are available to be won via a successful Wheel Spin (or simulated spin for mail-in entries). Each prize is associated with specific matching icons on the wheels, and the specific prize won depends on which icons match:One (1) $50 Kirgo.com Credit (ARV: $50). The credit is immediately redeemable for cash in accordance with Kirgo.com's terms and conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use, as well as any costs not expressly stated (e.g., shipping for physical prizes, if applicable). For prizes valued at $600 or more, winners must provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID for tax reporting purposes; failure to do so may result in disqualification. 6. ODDS OF WINNING AND WINNER DETERMINATION The Sweepstakes is an instant-win game. Odds of winning a prize on any given Wheel Spin (or simulated spin) depend on the random outcome and the specific configuration of the wheels, including the probabilities assigned to each icon and prize. The wheels are programmed to provide fair and random results, with overall odds of winning any prize approximately 1 in 100 (subject to actual performance; exact probabilities for each prize are not disclosed but are the same for all entries regardless of method). No entrant is guaranteed to win, and prizes may not be awarded in every Entry Period if no matching spins occur.For Subscription Entries: Winners are determined instantly via the Wheel Spin on the Channel. For Mail-In Entries: The Sponsor will conduct the simulated spin within a reasonable time after receipt and notify potential winners if applicable. 7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION Potential winners of Subscription Entries will be notified instantly on the Channel and/or via the email associated with their Kick.com account. Potential winners of Mail-In Entries will be notified via the phone number and/or email provided on their entry within approximately ten (10) business days after the end of the applicable Entry Period. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, fails to provide required documentation, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited with no alternate winner selected (as prizes are instant-win and not redrawn). Physical prizes (e.g., PS5, gaming mouse) will be shipped to the winner's provided address within 4-6 weeks after verification; digital prizes (e.g., gift cards, Kirgo credit) will be delivered via email or account credit. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant's contact information. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Kick.com, Kirgo.com, Amazon.com, Logitech, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, no prizes will be awarded for affected Entry Periods. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. 9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. 10. DISPUTES Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Riverside County, California; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law principles. 11. PRIVACY Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy (if any) and will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes. MISCELLANEOUS These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
